  • MATERIALS AND FINISHES

    • Body and cover in die-cast aluminum with minimum EN 47100 title with low content copper and high resistance to atmospheric agents.
    • In the semi-refractor version, in aluminium coated in Silver color, the highbay is completed with a band of thermoplastic material of 178 mm height.
    • Coated in silver-colored polyester powders (RAL 9006) resistant to UV rays according to ASTM D4587:2011 standard and to corrosion according to EN ISO 9227:2017 - Salt spray tests, with a minimum duration of exposure of 2500 hours.
    • The highbay is esternally painted in Silver color (RAL 9006), internally in White color (RAL 9016).
    • Gaskets in anti-aging rubber, removable.
    • Extra-clear tempered safety glass protection screen, 4mm thick.
    • Stainless steel external captive screws.
    • Stainless steel closure clip.

    MECHANICAL CHARACTERISTICS

    • Opening provides access to optics and cable box in a single, easy step by using the quick release clip in stainless steel, without using additional tools.
    • To prevent accidental closure of the cover during assembly and maintenance, the device is equipped with an utomatic anti-closing mechanism.

    PROTECTION AGAINST SURGES

    • In common mode: 10kV.
    • In differential mode: 6kV.
    • On request it is possible to reach 10kV also in differential mode with SPD connected between phase and neutral.

    POWER SUPPLY CHARACTERISTICS

    • Power supply unit consisting of a programmable driver with a lifespan greater than 100,000h.
    • Electronic power supply with integrated thermal protection with high efficiency and durability intended for external use. All versions are protected against overloads and surges to protect components and LEDs.
    • Power supply cable through a PG 13,5 cable gland IP68.
    • Power correction factor at full load > 0.9.
    • Power supply 220 - 240V / 50 - 60 Hz VAC.
    • Cable plate complete with easily replaceable electronic unit.

    • Glare-Free© roto-symmetrical optical system available in two different beams (MB/WB).
      - WB OPTIC: for installation height from 3,5 a 14m.
      - MB OPTIC: installation height from 5 to 20 m.
    • Optic group easily replaceable.
    • LED technology placed on an highly thermical heat-dissipating plate.
    • Thermal dissipation system by means of cross-sectional cooling fins.
    • Color temperature:
      - 4000K - CRI > 80.
      - 5000K - CRI > 70.

    Other color temperatures and color rendering indexes are available on request. The table below shows the multipliers to obtain the luminous flux according to the color temperature and the color rendering index (CRI).

  • OPTIONS FOR LIGHT CONTROL

    • CLO functionality: the driver can be programmed to gradually increase the level of drive current fed to the LEDs in order to compensate the physiological light reduction of the LEDs.
    • 1-10V: analog dimming interface via 1-10V protocol.
    • DALI 2: digital dimming interface via DALI 2 protocol.
