LEDMASTER ONE

SYMMETRIC

    With the new series of LEDMASTER ONE Fael LUCE floodlight marks a new era in high power LED lighting. This new series has been developed by the R&D Department to meet the most demanding requirements in sports, airport and naval docks lighting and in general for all large areas that require efficient performance and technology. Its small size and superb performances allow an almost seamless substitution of traditional projectors.

    LEDMASTER ONE is more that a product, is a solution that offers multiple types of installation options to allow the preservation of existing support structures and to fully satisfy the customers.

    LEDMASTER ONE supports the latest standards in TV broadcasting and is completed by the optional DMX control platform.


  • TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS

    • Floodlight for large sport venues (HDTV), big areas and airports composed of 64-80 LED Multichip and 288-216 LED Singlechip.
    • High Power LED technology on a pressed aluminum circuit, highly heatdissipating MCPCB (Metal Core Printed Circuit Board).
    • Available color temperatures:
      • 5000K – CRI >70;
      • 5000K – CRI >80.
    • On request, different color temperatures and CRI are available. Color temperature tolerance ± 400K
    • The floodlight is available in different electrical and mechanical configurations, to best meet the various plant requirements:
      • - with internal drivers: electronic power sources, mounted on cable plates easily replaceable, complete with “Plug and Play” anti-inversion system;
      • - with on board external drivers: IP67 electronic power sources, mounted externally to the body (available only in the symmetric version);
      • - with separate driver to the device: delocalized power source units (eg base towers, cabinets or remote locations).
    • The floodlight, in any configuration, is integrated with the DALI system for remote control. On request, for external on board driver and separate driver configurations, it is possible to integrate the DMX system for the remote control.
    • Optic groups, including reflectors, easily replaceable.
    • Pressure compensation filters in Teflon.
    • Power correction factor > 0.9.
    • Power supply cables accesses the device through IP68 cable glands, different according to the configuration.
    • Power supply 220 - 240V / 50 - 60 Hz VAC.
    • Insulation class I.
    • Overall protection degree: IP66.
    • Protection degree against external impacts: IK09.
    • CE Certification.
    • Construction norms in compliance with EN 60598-1, EN 60598-2-5.

    PROTECTION AGAINST SURGES

    • CL I: up to 10kV/10kA, both in common and differential mode as in the gear box there’s a Surge Protection Device (SPD). On request is possibile to integrate the SPD for protection up to 10kV/20kA. In the configuration with separate driver there are 4 SPDs in direct current for the protection of the LED matrixes.

    CLASS OF PHOTOBIOLOGICAL RISK

    • Risk group exempt from this according to EN 62471.

    MATERIALS AND FITTINGS

    • Body in die cast aluminium, with primary alloy and low copper content with an high weather proof rating. With rear cross-sectional cooling fins studied for an efficient and ideal thermal dissipation.
    • Internal driver configuration: cable box (body and rear cover) in die cast aluminium.
    • External on board and remote driver configurations: aluminium cable plate and power supply box in die cast aluminium. 
    • Coated in silver-colored polyester powders (RAL 9006).
    • Extra-clear tempered glass, 4mm thick.
    • Hot deep galvanized steel fixing bracket.
    • Gaskets in anti-aging rubber.
    • External screws in stainless steel.
    • Lateral protractor aluminum scale for the adjustment of the symmetric floodlight.
    • Double lateral protractor aluminum scale, for the adjustment of the asymmetric floodlight, with or without a visor.
    • Aluminium visor for asymmetrical version, painted in silver-colored polyester powders (RAL 9006).

    AIMING

    The aiming of symmetric and asymmetric versions, is achieved using the lateral protractor aluminium scale and the relative reference on the bracket. For symmetric version it is possible to use the stainless steel sighting device supplied with the floodlight. For a more precise aiming of the symmetric version, it is possible to request the telescope accessory, optional, to be fixed on the top or side of the lighting device. 

  • OPTICAL SYSTEM

    SYMMETRIC OPTIC

    Symmetric optics designed in-house in eight different beams, in order to offer a solution that would meet different illumination needs.

    Available optics:

    • from S1 to S9, with metallized techpolymer reflectors in a vacuum with high efficiency and durability.

     

    APPLICATIONS 

    Sport facilities with HD television coverage, large and industrial areas such as sea ports, terminal docks, container storage, railway yards and aprons, guaranteeing high visual comfort and maximum glare control.
